Very shortly after the official release of iOS 5 beta 1 I told you that Apple is working on implementing the possibility of taking panoramic pictures using our terminals. 2 beta versions later and the options for taking panoramic pictures are still there present in iOS 5, so Apple seems quite interested in including this function. It is hard to say if the function will be available in the final version of iOS 5, but it exists in iOS 5 beta 3, Apple is testing it, but there is always the possibility that the function will be removed in the final version.
In the App Store there are many applications that allow us to take panoramic pictures, but the application Photosynth is the most "bright" of all. We can only make panoramic video clips using special accessories for iDevices, so it is very likely that the functions of the Camera application in iOS 5 will be limited only to the possibility of taking panoramic pictures. If Apple implements this function, it will be one step ahead of competitors who are not thinking of such a thing for the time being.
