Here's how the biggest Apple store in the world could be built

In Grand Central Station in New York USA, Apple will build the largest store in its retail chain. The train station in New York is one of the largest in the USA and every day hundreds of thousands of people cross its threshold in a hurry to get to trains or the subway. Through BUILDING this Apple store would have access to a constant flow of potential customers and a rent of 1.1 million dollars per year seems to be bearable for the company from Cupertino. In order to occupy the location, Apple needs the consent of the New York authorities, but it will also pay a sum of 5 million dollars to a restaurant that agreed to leave the location of the future Apple store.

Metropolitan Transportation Authority officials offered a glimpse Monday morning at the Apple store proposed for the train station, near the terminal's east staircase. Apple plans to start building the gadget shop immediately, should the agency's board give its approval Wednesday. Construction is expected to take about four months. Apple is paying Charlie Palmer's Metrazur restaurant $5 million to vacate its space on the terminal's east balcony more than eight years before its lease expires. The MTA will get significantly higher annual rent: $1.1 million from Apple vs. $263,997 from Metrazur.

If it receives the authorizations, Apple will immediately start construction in the famous American train station and after about 4 months the first customers will be able to be welcomed in the store. The construction of an Apple Store in Grand Central Station will be a very important achievement for Apple, which will have an outlet inside one of the most trafficked buildings in the US with thousands of potential customers.
