Android Recent Apps – displays recent applications in Android style

Android Recent Apps is a tweak recently released in Cydia that allows iDevice owners to display recently opened applications in a similar way to the Android OS. In the screenshot above, we have a representation of how the tweak works and you notice that the applications recently opened by you are displayed in a format similar to the folders in iOS. The tweak is configured to display a maximum of 12 recently opened applications, with the option to reopen an application even if it is closed.

Recent apps toggle like on Android OS. Android Recent Apps works as an Activator toggle so you will have multiple options for toggling it. Short Hold on the home button is recommended since it is the closest to the actual android method. Android Recent Apps displays up to 12 of your most recent apps, and allows you to easily launch them even if they are already closed.

Configure the activation method from Activator in the Settings app

Regarding the activation method, Android Recent Apps works with Activator so it can be set to be opened by any method, but the default setting involves pressing the Home button for a few seconds. Android Recent Apps is available for $1.49 in Cydia in the BigBoss repo.
