iPhone 4S already unavailable in some stores in Italy

After the success of the iPhone 4S in the 7 countries where it was launched on October 14, many analysts expected the same thing to happen this weekend when the iPhone 4S terminal was officially launched in another 22 countries. Well, their expectations turned out to be in line with market demand because in the majority Apple stores in Italy sold out of iPhone 4S terminals yesterday. I assume that the same thing happened in Switzerland where the iPhone 4S is available at the lowest price in Europe, but in Spain, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Belgium, etc., I don't think things are different.

Apple sold 4 million iPhone 4S terminals in 7 countries in just 3 days of availability in stores (plus another 7 previous ones with pre-order) and considering yesterday's launch I expect this figure to have doubled. Tomorrow Apple should announce how many iPhone 4S terminals it has sold in the 29 countries where the device is available and I expect to hear that at least 8 million units have been sold in just two weeks. Apple could sell in the next 3 months at least 1.5 times more iPhone terminals than in the last fiscal quarter, considering that the winter holidays are coming, as well as the launch of the iPhone 4S in several dozen other countries.
