Although it seems hard to believe, an owner of an iPod Touch 4G terminal stands up that he managed to install Siri on his device using a backup of an iPhone 4S terminal. The Siri interface appears functional after the installation of the backup, but although the assistant takes over the commands, it cannot connect to the Apple servers and the only response received from it is the one informing us of the impossibility of contacting the Apple server. The good part is that Siri Dictation is functional, the bad part is that the iPod Touch does not work well, the user experiencing crashes and various other problems.

On another iPod Touch 4G, we tried to repeat the installation process of that backup, but unfortunately everything ended with an error and the impossibility of starting the terminal. This is not a guaranteed method to install Siri on an old iDevice, and using a backup of an iPhone 4S on another iPhone or iPod Touch could result in device damage and the need to restore. This story is presented as real, but no one can say that a tweak was not used to present Siri.
