Celeste beta available for testing, transfer files via Bluetooth with any phone

  I told you the other day that the developers of the Celeste application, which allows us to send files via Bluetooth to any mobile phone, are preparing a new version of the application that will work without problems on the new iOS 5. Well, the new application was launched in a beta version together with the plug-in the Gremlin and the YourTube tweak. At the moment, all those who bought Celeste or YourTube can test the beta versions of the applications that can be found in the repo: http://apt.cocoanuts.co but as far as I can tell, you only have access to it if you bought something from Cocoanuts and have the UDID registered by the developers.

  If you manage to test the new version of Celeste, you can report any bugs on the website: http://cocoanuts.uservoice.com and the Cocoanuts will try to solve them. For now, it is not known if the Celeste application works with iPhone 4S or iPad 2, but it should be compatible with the rest of the iDevices. For now, the following bugs have been discovered in the Celeste application:

  • In Celeste, sending songs via the iPod app will not work until the release of a new version of ActionMenu;
  • In Celeste, the developers advise not to activate the settings menu for BTStack. Let Celeste do it automatically for you;
  • In Gremlin, the covers may not be imported correctly, and developers are working to fix the bug;
  • In Gremlin, if you try to import songs during music playback, it will fail.
