NCControl is a new tweak recently released in Cydia that allows iDevice owners to control a terminal while the Notifications Center in iOS 5 is open. The tweak only works when you don't have notifications available in the Notifications Center and essentially makes the entire notification center transparent so that users can control the apps that are running in the background. If you have open notifications in the Notificarions Center, you will have to close them to be able to control what is behind them.
NCControl allows you to control your device (if there isn't a notification that on the button you want to tap etc.) while your notification center is open. With that, NCControl will make the notification center transparent.
NCControl is available for free in Cydia's BigBoss repo.
