The multifunctional tool in the image above is called vice grip in the US and the unlocking sound of an iDevice it would seem extremely well with him. The history of the unlocking sound was not explained by the Apple company and we probably won't know too soon why it was chosen, but it resembles the sound produced by that vice grip when it is open.
