The release of the R-SIM IV unlock solution for iPhone 4 is postponed

This week I told you that an unlock solution called R-SIM IV will allow us to decode iPhone 4 terminals with baseband 04.11.08 and that it should be released in the following days. Unfortunately, it seems that its launch is being delayed because the card manufacturers failed to perfect the method to decode this baseband, although they claimed that they already have everything ready and that they will launch the cards during this week. The developers say that they managed to implement the decoding only 50% at the moment and that they need another week to perfect the program that does the unlocking, but it is not known how much truth there is behind these statements.

UPDATE April 5th

Apparently it is not easy to unlock iphone 4 baseband 4.11.08, but at this time we have at least 50% to unlock the iphone 4, so we still need 1 week more or less to improve the program, and please stop sending email to us, just add our facebook page or twitter or keep an eye on our site, we will update the info once it is available.

Considering that the developers lied once, there are very high chances that their lies will continue in the following days because no one else has announced the release of any unlocking solution for terminals with iPhone 4 and baseband 04.11.08. I told you then to look with distrust at the statements of the developers and it seems that I was right because for now we only have empty promises, but I assume that you have already learned about such things.
