iLcohol uses an iPhone to tell you your blood alcohol level (Video)

  The police check the alcohol level of drivers with the help of special devices that you just blow into, but even the iPhone could do the same thing with the help of the accessory iLcohol. Notice in the video clip above that iLcohol is a device that connects to the iPhone dock and can record the alcohol level in the breath. The accessory is currently in the prototype stage, but its producers are looking for people to help them produce it on a large scale and sell it in stores.

  iLcohol works with the help of an application that takes the data recorded by the device and tells you what blood alcohol level you have, the results being of course approximate. Although this device will never be used by the police, drivers could easily find out if they can drive a car or if it is better to call a taxi.
