Apple replenishes its product stock in stores once every 5 days

Apple's distribution chain is presented as the best in the world, thanks to people like Tim Cook who managed to streamline the manufacturing process - delivery to stores - delivery to customers of products. a recent study made by Gartner places Apple in first place in the top of the best distribution chains in the world and this says a lot about the company's performance. In order to complete the "perfect" image of the distribution chain, it seems that Apple replenishes its entire product stock in its stores once every 5 days, and this is because at the moment the daily sales figure is extremely high.

Comparing the performance of those from Apple with other large companies in the world, we find that Apple replenishes its inventory faster than McDonalds, Samsung, Dell, Amazon or even Coca Cola, so we are talking about a very high sales rate in the almost 400 stores of American company. Annually, Apple replenishes its stock 74 times, while the majority of companies that manufacture products replenish their stock 6-8 times. Although the stock replenishment rate is high, this does not mean that Apple sells the most products in the world, but it means that the company's mechanism was designed in such a way that the products do not sit pointlessly in the stock of certain stores, but are effectively distributed throughout the distribution network.
