In the conference for the presentation of the financial results for Q3 2012, Tim Cook and Peter Oppenheimer stated that 150 million users are currently using iCloud, their number increasing by 25 million in a single fiscal quarter. iCloud is only available on iDevices that have iOS 5 si iOS 6 installed, and the number of users who have activated it on their own terminals is really impressive, especially since not everyone finds it more useful than Dropbox, for example.
By the end of Q4 2012, the number of active iCloud users should increase, but it is not known if we are again talking about the activation of 25 million accounts.
