Daca today's discussion between Tim Cook and the CEO of Samsung will fail, then the jurors who were present during the trial between Apple and Samsung will have to to make a decision regarding all the claims of the two companies. Considering that we are talking about a very large number of claims, the jurors will have to complete two very long questionnaires and for each individual patent there must be unanimity regarding the decision to support the claims according to which Samsung has violated intellectual property rights belonging to the Apple company.
