At CEATEC 2012, Fujitsu presented the prototype of an interesting tablet that can be controlledjust using your eyes. The tablet uses infrared LEDs and cameras to determine the location where the user is looking, but of course the system is still far from useful for most potential customers. The use of most applications and the use of various games requires the user to train his eyes to look at fixed points without moving his gaze, so for now technologies of this kind are only good to demonstrate that you can do something.
Probably in the future we will have similar but useful systems, but for now they are far from being ready for the public.
