Although the new iPod Touch presented by Apple on September 12 is available for pre-order on the Apple website, so far no user has managed to get hold of such a device, although Apple has been taking pre-orders for 3 weeks. Just last night they started to change the statuses of the ordered iPod Touches, Apple preparing to deliver the units that users were already expecting in October. No one knows for sure when these terminals will be delivered, but the official launch in Japan would take place on October 9 and probably then the first units will reach everyone.
Placing an order for iPod Touch 5G at the moment it results in a waiting period of 3 weeks, and this timeframe does not seem to be shortened, considering that the number of available units is small. I don't know when the iPod Touch 5G would arrive in Romania, but it probably won't be on October 9.
