ASUS launches PadFone 2 (Video)

ASUS Pad Phone 2 it is a combination of a smartphone and a tablet, the smartphone being the one that has all the processing power, and the "tablet" basically being a dock into which we insert the smartphone that provides the images that end up on the screen of that tablet. The smartphone from ASUS has a 4.7-inch IGZO screen with a resolution of 1280 x 720 and 550nits, a quad-core processor produced by Qualcomm, a 13-megapixel main camera and a 1.2-megapixel front camera, 2 GB RAM, Gorilla Glass, NFC, fixed battery of 2,140mAh and storage space of 50 GB available for free for 2 years.

From the point of view of the specifications, the terminal looks extremely good, but it also works with a dock-tablet that has an IPS screen with a resolution of 1,280 x 800 and a 5000 mAh battery, over 1000 mAh less than the one present in previous model. The product is announced to be interesting, from the hands-on of the Engadget it runs well and the only problems that could appear are related to Android, on the basis of which everything works. Android smartphones have always had powerful hardware, but the operating system has ruined the user experience and if there is anything that could hold the PadFone in place, then Android is it.

The first version of PadFone did not have great sales, probably this second version will be a bit more attractive for users, but we will find out in a few months.
