CES 2013: iSpO2 – an iPhone accessory that measures your blood oxygen level and takes your pulse (Video)

CES 2013 brings us a new medical accessory for iPhone terminals, iSpO2 being its name, the main functions being the ability to measure the level of oxygen in the blood and to take the pus. The oximeter is developed by a company called Masimo and we are talking about a plastic accessory that you connect to your iPhone, into which you insert your finger and which displays all the relevant information on the screen of your device. The accessory works only through an iPhone application and uses infrared sensors to read information about blood oxygen levels or pulse.

iSpO2 it is the first oximeter that connects to iDevices, for now it has not received the approval of the American federal agencies to be used for this purpose, but after it receives all the certifications it will be available for purchase at the price of $250 on the American market.
