Apple is already testing the future screen of the iPad Mini 2

iPad Mini was launched last fall by Apple and extremely many customers complained because the tablet's screen is not good enough. It is almost certain that iPad Mini 2 will come up with one Retina Display, and Apple already testing the future tablet screen, which would be produced by a subsidiary of Foxconn. SCST is the Foxconn subsidiary that would have sent Apple samples of Retina OGS screens, Apple testing them for implementation in its future tablet.

The screens use one-glass solution technology, or OGS, and if they will have the qualities of those implemented in iPad 4, the tablet will please a lot of people. Those from Foxconn are already assembling iDevices, now they could offer Apple a good part of the iPad Mini 2 components, but they could be helped by Innolux, a company that sent Apple screen samples for iPhone 5S/iPhone 6. Regardless of what Apple chooses to use in the iPad Mini 2, it is clear that we will see a Retina Display.
