Chip allows you to customize iOS notification banners, it is compatible with iOS 6

chip is a tweak launched a few months ago in Cydia, and with its help you can customize the notification banners sent by the applications installed in your iDevices. The tweak is designed to allow us to change the background color of the banner and text, the animation that is played when the banner appears and finally we have the option to change the sound of iOS notifications. The tweak has a dedicated menu in the Settings app in iOS, and from there you can customize everything and I think Apple should have included this native tweak in iOS.

Chip brings advanced customization to iOS banner notifications. With Chip you'll be able to customize the banner changing the background color (single color or gradients), adding a gloss effect, adding a border and changing the text color. Chip also allows you to edit the notification sound using iOS default tones or your ringtones from iTunes. Last but not least, Chip brings the possibility to use custom animations. And if that's not enough, you can have specific preferences for every app (if no app-specific preferences exist, global ones will be used). That is useful, for example, to recognize which app got a notification based on the sound. Preferences are located in Settings.app>Notifications.

chip is available for $1.99 in Cydia's BigBoss repo and can be installed in iOS 6.
