Almanimation is a tweak for iDevices to be launched in Cydia and he is developed a basis of a concept for iOS 7 presented many months ago. I'm talking about the concept in the video clip below, it presents an extremely useful method to control iOS without much effort. Basically, the Greek developer Limneos took over the idea of the graphic designer who designed that interface for iOS and he thought to turn it into a tweak, this being the first time that a complete concept is going to arrive in Cydia.
Almanimation unfortunately, it is not known yet when we will be able to download the tweak, or how much it will cost, but the important thing is that it will be available for download.
