OpenSignal is an application launched yesterday in App Store, and its role is to help us discover the areas around us where we find the best coverage GSM/Wi-Fi. The application uses anonymous data collected from users, and based on them it generates charts in which it displays with various colors the locations where we should have the best GPRS/EDGE/3G/4G signal, but also the areas where Wi-Fi is found HotSpots that have a strong enough signal to give us decent connectivity for surfing the Internet.

OpenSignal it displays on the map the nearest mobile phone cells, but also the public Wi-Fi HotSpots, but considering that the information is collected from users, we can expect the existence of some more or less disturbing/important problems. To be honest, I think that the application is one of the most useful ever launched in the Apple App Store and considering that it is available for free, I recommend you to test it without thinking about it.
