affixes is a tweak launched last night in Cydia, and he implements a special button for iDevices that allows us to access the settings section a Notification Center directly from its interface. If you look at the image above, you will notice in the bottom right a button that, as soon as it is pressed, redirects you to Settings>Notifications, that is, the settings section of the notification center. The idea was borrowed from OS X Mountain Lion, where Apple implemented a similar system that some thought should be included in iOS.

When you click it, it takes you to the Notifications section of the Settings app. It's weird that Apple didn't implement this feature in iOS. Affix brings the same feature to iOS, simple. Compatible with iOS 5, iOS 6. Not compatible with iPad.
