An Apple employee in France could be fired because he worked an extra 20 minutes after the program ended

The French authorities recently fined the Apple company because it required employees to stay behind schedule in Apple Stores to clean and prepare them for a new working day. After the application of these fines, Apple seems to become more rigorous with its employees, so Thomas Bordage, one of those who organized a strike of employees in Apple Stores last year during the launch iPhone 5, he could be fired because he left work 20 minutes late. The managers of the Apple Store where he is employed claim that he unjustifiably exceeded the working period, and the sanction could go up to his dismissal.

Despite the regulations of the French labor code, the attitude of those from Apple is strange, but the application of a harsh sanction could be related to the past actions of the employee. Although for now it is not known for sure how Apple will act, it is clear that we will hear more about problems of this kind in the future.
