Semi-restore and the possibility to restore to iOS 6 on any iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch

Semi-restore is the name given to a tool that a website claims that he is developing it at the moment, this tool will allow us to perform a restore to the version of iOS from our iDevices without using a SHSH or APTicket. Initially I wanted to ignore the website because of the fact that it could be a simple trick and I say this because if there was a method to restore to iOS 6 for the firmware installed in the terminals jailbroken, then the Dev Team would have released a redsn0w that would allow us to do this.

Can I use this to go from firmware x to firmware y?

No, this only allows you to go to a fresh version of yours current firmware.

Do I need SHSH blobs or APTickets for this semi-restore?

No, since this is not a full restore and is at the userland level, this does not require blobs.

Considering that many of you have reported the existence of the website to me, I am giving it this article and my attention in the coming weeks to see if this solution of re-restore is it true or not If it turns out to be true, then it will allow the owners of iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad jailbroken pe iOS 5.0 - iOS 6.1.2 to restore the iOS version from their terminals without using SHSH or any other blobs.

The developers of this so-called solution claim that the restore will only be possible for the version of iOS installed in your terminals and only if the terminals are already jailbroken, the rest of the situations being excluded. I will come back with more details if they exist, currently the solution is at 60% of the development process. Meanwhile, if you have iOS 5.x and a compatible terminal you can do it re-restore or downgrade from iOS 6 using this tutorial.
