Apple has the most devoted and loyal customer base

The American company Forrester thought to do a study by which to find out how loyal and devoted are the users of the electronic products of a certain brand. According to the study, 85% of people have no devotion or loyalty to a certain brand or company, but in the remaining 15%, Apple is in first place. Apple has more loyal and devoted customers than Microsoft or Google, the difference compared to Microsoft and Google being greater in the case of "loyalists".

  • The Free Radicals, who have little to no loyalty. This group consists of two subgroups: those who own exactly one type of device and those who own multiple devices, all of which come from a different ecosystem.
  • The Loyalists, who have moderate or divided loyalty. This group is made up of those using multiple devices, a majority of which — but not all — are tied to a single ecosystem.
  • The Devotees, who are strongly loyal to a single ecosystem. This segment consists of those using multiple devices, all of which come from a single ecosystem.

It probably doesn't surprise anyone that Apple has extremely loyal customers, especially since most of the company's products are bought by people who own at least one other Apple device.
