American Customer Satisfaction Index (ASCI) published today, the result of an annual study among consumers, and Apple maintains its first position among the mobile phone manufacturers that generate the greatest satisfaction among consumers. Although Apple has lost a lot of ground without direct competitors, the company keeps the first position at a fairly good distance from Motorola (Google), those from Samsung only occupying the 6th position in this top.
Despite the position, those from Samsung recorded the biggest increase in this index, being seconded by Motorola, Nokia and other competitors, Apple being one of the companies that recorded a decrease. Basically, Americans are very satisfied with iPhones and this despite the fact that some voices complain about their fragility, a sign that most iPhone owners do not have any significant problems with their own terminals. Unfortunately, we do not have an international index and we will never have one.
