AltKeyboard simplifies the typing process using the iOS virtual keyboard

AltKeyboard is a tweak launched last night in Cydia, and with its help we can significantly simplify the process of entering non-alphabetic characters using the virtual keyboard. If you look at the images above you will notice that each key on the keyboard has the normal markings, plus a series of small markings that appear above them. Normal characters can be entered by pressing any button, and small, non-alphabetic characters can be entered by performing vertical swipes.

Compatible with iOS 6. iPad not currently supported. AltKeyboard lets you quickly and productively type non-alphabetic characters from your default keyboard view, without having to switch back & forth between iOS keyboard modes. Simply flick up on a key to input its alternate numeric or special character (displayed at the top of the key). Configure options from Settings.

The idea behind it AltKeyboard is very good because it greatly reduces writing times in iOS, and the tweak is available at the price of $0.99 in the repo BigBoss al Cydia.
