Google, the American company that develops AndroidOS and owns the largest search engine in the world, acquired recent Waze, a company specialized in map mapping, a company that has applications in App Store and Google Play. 1.3 billion dollars is the amount for which Waze would have allowed itself to be acquired, and Google announced that it would try to improve it Google Maps with the help of the technologies owned by the recently acquired company. Considering that Apple and Facebook have considered the acquisition of Waze, those from Google moved quickly enough to ensure that they will not have serious competition from the previously mentioned entities.
