Data metering apps become useless in iOS 7

I told you the other day that in the new Cellular menu al iOS 7 the possibility to see which of the iOS applications and services are using data traffic and how much data traffic they have done over time has finally been implemented. The system implemented by the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), it primarily gives us information about the data traffic made by the applications installed in our iDevices, but secondly it gives us the opportunity to see which of the internal services of iOS 7 they traffic without us knowing. For the first time we can see how much data traffic Siri makes during use, how much data traffic is carried out through the service iMessage, by receiving notifications, through the document synchronization system, through HomeScreen, or even Game Center.

To launch iOS 7 it was impossible to find similar information correctly, and no application from App Store it cannot now count the exact same things as accurately as an internal iOS counter does. To be honest, the only motivation for using some data metering applications is either the possibility of being warned when you exceed a certain traffic limit, or the option of seeing how much traffic you have consumed every day, because for the rest there is iOS 7. The even better part of the new functions is that now Apple allows us to disable the mobile internet connection for any iOS application, they only work if we are connected to a Wi-Fi network.

This system is extremely important and can help users avoid the astronomical bills generated by data traffic made without their knowledge, it remains to be seen how it will be modified until the release of the final version of iOS 7.
