Could Apple decide to delay the release of iOS 7 for iPad?

I asked you tonight that the development process of iOS 7 for iPad "left behind", and the engineers from Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), try hard to finish the version for iPad of the operating system. You already know that in June Apple delayed the launch by 2 weeks iOS 7 beta for iPad, and this evening a similar possibility was discussed. Apple could decide to launch iOS 7.0.1 and with a version for iPad, but only after that iPad 5 si iPad Mini 2 to be officially presented and launched on the market by the company.

Although within Apple, the possible separation of the iPhone and iPad versions is being discussed iOS 7, for now no one can say how good this decision is for consumers. Even if from some points of view it would make sense to release a new version of iOS 7 for iPad together with new tablets, Apple will have a lot of tablet owners very upset that they cannot install the latest version of the operating system. Moreover, Apple's image will be seriously affected by all the negative publicity generated by not releasing a tablet version, and Apple doesn't need that right now.

My opinion is that, despite the rumours, Apple will release iOS 7 compatible with all the mentioned devices from the very beginning, following that along the way it will solve the possible operational problems.
