Just days ago I told you that Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), intends to use sapphire glass instead Gorilla Glass to protect the entire screen of the terminals iPhone 6, and many have started to wonder how much the price of the terminals will increase. The question is justified because until recently the price of sapphire glass panels was up to 6 times higher than that of Gorilla Glass and this because the panels made of sapphire glass are produced using a much more complex process.
Although the prices were high, the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), managed to work closely with various partners to develop a factory in the USA that produces sapphire glass screens and finally managed to reduce the production price of this component at only $3 - $5. We are talking about the same price as the Gorilla Glass panels, they cost only $3 for iPhone terminals, so in general Apple will either absorb the price difference of $1/2, or increase the price of iPhones by an insignificant amount.
In conclusion, iPhone 6 it will be more resistant and, theoretically, it should not "burn" your pockets.
