Smartphones are not normally designed to be used in extreme conditions, but those from Caterpillar, CAT in short, they understood that people who work in constructions need terminals that can withstand anything. In this idea they conceived the most durable smartphone in the world, which you can see in the video clip above, CAT B15 being its name. In the clip, you will see the device subjected to a series of tests and even several dozens of terminals stepped on by a CAT excavator, they resisting several tens of tons without problems.
The terminal has a 5 megapixel camera, a 1 GHz processor, a 2000 mAh battery and runs Android 4.1, so we are not talking about a high-end smartphone, but it is good enough to be used in construction without worrying about destruction.
