Apple is being sued by 20.000 of its own employees

Although it is a company that prides itself on respecting the rights of its employees worldwide, the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), this was sued by 20.000 of their own employees who support exactly the opposite. According to them, the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), does not give them enough meal/relaxation breaks and final paychecks, thus violating the labor code in force in California.

The lawsuit was filed in court in 2011, but only now has it been expanded to include complaints from 20.000 employees and former employees of Cupertino. Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), has been sued in the past by employees dissatisfied with the way they are treated by the company, but it seems that these problems have not been resolved, despite the fact that Tim Cook strongly supports the respect of employees' rights at the workplace.
