The idea suggested by an American publication is that Swatch would produce these models of iWatch, the Swiss company being only a partner that would receive Apple's approval to implement iOS in a product of its own.
The whole idea is unusual for the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), which does not conclude such partnerships with partners who would launch their own products, but with Apple branding and iOS installed. More than that, those from Swatch intended to file lawsuits against Apple in the case of using the name iWatch for his own SmartWatch, so such a partnership seems all the less likely.
