iPhone 6, without being presented, generates among consumers a much higher purchase intention than iPhone 5S after the presentation

iPhone 6 will be presented in less than a month by the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC),, but many users are already almost firmly convinced that they will purchase the future device from Cupertino. According to a study recently held in the USA, iPhone 6 generates among consumers a much higher purchase intention than iPhone 5S after launch, and that says a lot about the future device.

6.8% of our July respondents indicated that they plan to buy the iPhone 6 site unseen, up from 4.4% in February. Additionally, purchase intent appears to be higher than in our September iPhone 5S survey which was conducted after the device had been announced. Although we expect a strong purchase cycle for the iPhone 6, we acknowledge that relatively small variations in our surveys could fall within the normal margin of error, but nevertheless view the early interest positively. We suspect the interest could rise higher following the device unveiling in September.

More precisely, 6.8% of the study participants are interested in buying iPhone 6 without having seen it until now, the figure being, apparently, higher than the one recorded by iPhone 5S after the official presentation. In February of this year, only 4.4% of the participants in a similar study wanted to buy iPhone 6, and as you probably already imagine, most of them already own an Apple iPhone terminal.

The study was conducted in the USA on 1000 participants.
