iCloud starts notifying users by email about accessing accounts using browsers

Week Tim Cook promised that Apple will implement new security measures for iCloud, including notifications for accessing accounts using unknown terminals. The changes are to be implemented in the course of two weeks, but one of them is already active, and as you can see from the image above, iCloud already sends notifications for accessing accounts using unknown terminals.

Email notifications are sent only if access is done through a browser, even if in the past the same browser was used to log in iCloud, so some may receive a multitude of login notifications. For now, the system is being tested by Apple, so it could undergo important changes in the next period, and at the moment it is not known if it will be available even for users in Romania.
