WhatsApp Messenger turned 5 years old today and we presented you with a number of achievements the most popular text messaging service in the world, but here we are also talking about a silent update for it. We are not talking about an update for the application from the App Store, but about a change made directly from the servers WhatsApp, the company changing the color of the checkmarks that appear when someone reads a message sent by you, they now have a blue color.
Normally they are gray regardless of the sending or reading status of your message, but starting from the next few days you will see those blue checkmarks in the bottom right of a message bubble. The change will be rolled out to all users over the next few days, so don't panic if you don't see it in your terminals yet as it might take some time for it to become available to you.
