Dim brings new options for setting the screen brightness

Dim is one tweak released during this evening in Cydia for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch, and with its help we can have new options for setting the screen brightness on our terminals using the settings application of iOS 8. According to the description provided by the Dim developer, the tweak allows the setting for the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch screens of a lower brightness than that normally allowed by the Settings, Configurations application of the terminals.

Dim allows you to artificially darken your display below the iOS minimum brightness. While Dim's settings can be changed from the settings app, you can also enable or disable it and even change its brightness using Activator or Flipswitch. Plus, it's fully compatible with f.lux to give you the perfect tool for nighttime reading. Source code is available on GitHub.

Dim is also compatible with the Activator plugin, so you can also use gestures to change the brightness of the screen, so you will be able to control it even outside the Settings application. Dim is available for download in the repo BigBoss of Cydia.
