In the image above, you have the box where the purchased phone should have been found, but in reality there is its replacement. Cargo is the courier company used by eMAG for delivery and Timisoara is the city where the product was supposed to arrive, and officially those from Cargus assumed the blame, although they did not provide details about the incident.
On the day the delivery was supposed to be made, I was away and I told the courier to leave the package at the Cargus headquarters because I was going to pick it up. ...A colleague was there to pick up all the parcels and the colleague called me to tell me that the stone I bought is a bit expensive. At first I thought he was joking, but then I realized he wasn't joking and there is a boulder in the package.
Although Cargus he assumed the responsibility, those from eMAG they announced that they will honor the customer's order with a new phone, although it seems that it has not yet reached the man from Timisoara. Although the people at eMAG recommend checking the purchased parcels in the presence of the courier to avoid situations like this, unfortunately not everyone takes advantage of the option and problems like the one above appear. In general, problems of this kind are encountered in the case of products bought from auction websites and in no case at the time of purchases from online stores, but anything is possible.
