The iPhone 6 is placed below the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 in a study on the degree of customer satisfaction conducted in the USA, the Apple terminal being behind no less than 3 Samsung terminals. The iPhone 6 Plus offers a slightly higher degree of satisfaction, but as you can see from the attached image, even this device from the Apple company does not do well, even that great.
On the first place in the top we find the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 with 86 points out of a possible 100, in the second position is the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 with 82 points out of a possible 100, while the iPhone 6 Plus equals it in the third position with exactly same score. After that we have the Samsung Galaxy S5 with 82 points out of a possible 100, the iPhone 6 being placed in the fifth position with 82 points out of a possible 100, with a difference of 4 points compared to the Galaxy Note 4.
Practically all four terminals on positions 2 - 5 have exactly the same score, but in the case of Samsung terminals we are talking about devices that were launched last year, so Apple does not win anything in front of them. The situation in this top is also reflected in one of the consumers, where Samsung is again positioned better than Apple, but in this case the difference is only 1 point.
If you ask yourself what exactly Americans appreciate about smartphones, well the ease of sending text messages, the design and size or the ease with which phone calls are made and received occupy the main positions. Regarding the things that are not to their liking, the battery of the smartphones occupied the first position, but this was easy to guess, regardless of which manufacturer we were talking about.
Basically, Americans like simple mobile phones that send messages and make phone calls, but smartphones are much more complex than that, offering a much more diversified functionality. Of course, iPhones should have occupied the first position only based on these functions, they being viewed and presented as terminals so simple that they can be used even by children.
