iOS 9 will be released on September 16 by the Apple company and I have already told you this in several articles published in the past weeks, then the new version of the operating system will be offered to the general public.
The September 16 release will most likely be preceded by the iOS 9 GM release this evening, but no other beta version will be released by Apple until then, so on September 16 you will be able to install iOS 9 on your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch using iTunes or SOftware Update.
