RevealNC is a tweak available since yesterday in Cydia for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touches that have jailbreak on iOS 9, its role being to open the Notifications Center, ultra-fast compared to what you knew until now.
More specifically, RevealNC modify the opening animation of the Notifications Center in iOS 9 making it similar to that of Android, and the end result is extremely fast opening of the Notification Center on new or old iDevices, even faster than the standard animation run on iPhone 6S or 6S iPhone Plus.
Compatible with iOS 9. Android-style Swipe Animation for the Notification Center. Reveals the NC from the top rather than showing the bottom first. No options to configure.
RevealNC it's available for download from Cydia's BigBoss repo and I recommend you try it because my iPhone 5 is starting to come to life with the new animations.
