Galaxy S7 vs iPhone 6S – the first performance tests

Performance Samsung Galaxy S7 si iPhone 6S are compared in a first series of video clips to show us which of the two terminals is able to run faster the tasks that users from all over the world want to undertake.

Normally everyone would expect that Samsung Galaxy S7 to overtake iPhone 6S in any kind of test thanks to its superior hardware that includes octa/quad-core processors and 4 GB RAM, but you will see in the tests below that things are not quite like that.

The iPhone 6S can boot even faster than the Samsung Galaxy S7 in certain situations, unlocking the fingerprint terminals is done just as quickly, using native applications offering slight advantages to one or the other depending on what is being done.

When it comes to applications that require an Internet connection, things are not too relevant because we are talking about different constructions of native applications or games, but even here both the Samsung Galaxy S7 and the iPhone 6S win different duels, the Samsung terminal having the advantage in several situations.

Things start to get very interesting when we look to games because opening them on the Samsung Galaxy S7 is more difficult than in the case of the iPhone 6S and this is surprising considering the processing power of the Samsung product.

The problem with this processing power lies in the fact that it is not used properly by Android, and if Samsung does not develop its own operating system for the hardware, it ends up in the situation of not offering performance in line with the powerful components.

To be honest, we expected more from the Samsung Galaxy S7, but these are only the first tests, and in the following days I will have the opportunity to test one at my leisure, so I will come back with details regarding the differences in performance compared to the iPhone 6S .
