Two functions borrowed in Android N from iOS 9

With every release of a major version of iOS I tell you what functions did those from Apple take over from Android, but considering that yesterday the first beta version of Android N was made available to the general public, today I will tell you two functions that were taken over by the people from Google from iOS 9.

The first of them is the quick reply system, fast response, to any kind of messages directly from the notification banners displayed by the operating system, the Apple company implementing this function starting with iOS 8 for its users.

Those from Google offer it starting with Android N for users from all over the world, the function being similar to that offered by Apple, the design of the banners being different, but the way of interacting with them and responding to messages is very similar to what Apple offers.

Separate from the quick response system to messages, those from Google will offer in Android N a similar function Night Shift from iOS 9.3, it being called Night Mode, and unlike the Quick Reply system, it was initially tested more than a year ago.

Also unlike Night Shift, it is intended to work slightly differently, more precisely it darkens certain portions of the screen and not the entire screen, as happens in the case of Night Shift, which Google will offer only after the release of iOS 9.3.

Both Apple and Google regularly take over functions from each other, this practice becoming common in recent years, so common that few people are surprised by it.
