AirPods are impossible to repair, here's what's hidden in them

Launched yesterday in Apple stores around the world, the headphones AirPods they have already been opened to show us what is hidden inside them. Those from iFixIt managed to get hold of the new Apple product, and after taking it apart, they came to the conclusion that they are impossible to repair, so they must be replaced if they break.

Each of the two AirPods headphones hides a 93mw battery, this having a size that represents only 1% of the battery used in the iPhone 7. Those from iFixIt were amazed by the very small size of the chips integrated in the AirPods headphones, but also of the rest of the circuits, Apple packing a lot of technology in its headphones.

Each of the two AirPods have approximately the same components, but to see what is hidden inside them, the casing that hides them must be completely destroyed. Images taken using an X-ray machine show us that almost the entire space inside the AirPods headphones is occupied by components, so the only way to see them involves their complete destruction.

Not only the AirPods headphones are difficult to disassemble, but also the case in which they are loaded, which still hides a 1.52 Whr battery, which offers autonomy of up to 24 hours for the headphones. The battery is larger than that of the Apple Watch and can charge the new AirPods up to 8 times, so they can be used for a whole week without problems.

Below you can find the images recorded by iFixIt for the AirPods headphones, the Apple company managing to amaze the whole world with the way it produced these accessories.
