iOS will have an emoji for people with red hair

Company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), will meet next week with the representatives of those who create the emoji characters used in various operating systems for mobile terminals. We are talking about the Unicode Consortium, a technical team of those who are going to convince the Apple company to implement in iOS emoji characters for people with red hair.

It seems that a lot of people have started asking for the inclusion of these emoji characters in iOS and Android, and the Unicode Consortium is complying. He created a special technical committee that has the purpose of creating these emoji characters for iOS and Android, and in the image below you can see what it looks like to be offered to us.

In the last 3 months, this was the most requested emoji character, as it is not currently represented in the Android and iOS operating systems, so the request to include it is normal. In a document published yesterday, the Emoji Consortium described the methods by which these characters can be created and implemented, but it remains for Apple to agree.

Apple has always been open to implementing new emoji characters in its iOS operating system and has done so with priority, unlike Google. If this new emoji character will be implemented in the iOS operating system, then there is a good chance that it will be offered only starting with iOS 11, which will be released in beta version in June.
