Huawei. RADICAL Measures Taken After US Sanctions

Huawei. Radical measures are taken following the US sanctions, the revenge being a tough one, in line with the blows given by the American government in May.

Huawei list

Huawei. Despite the fact that the founder of the Chinese company stated that he would not agree to retaliatory measures taken after various sanctions were imposed against his company, this is still happening. The Chinese government has announced that it will make a "blacklist" of American companies that Chinese companies should avoid, and not enter into commercial relations, all in response to what is currently happening to Huawei in the US .

Huawei. American companies, and not only that, which no longer collaborate with Chinese ones following the imposition of US sanctions will be included in this list, but the reasons why they must be avoided will be varied. If Huawei was categorized as a risk to the national security of the USA, China's "blacklist" will contain companies that unjustifiably break contracts, do not respect their contractual obligations, plus various other similar reasons.

Huawei. RADICAL Measures Taken After US Sanctions

Huawei. China, unlike the USA, does not say that it will ban these companies from operating in the country, or from buying products from local companies, but Chinese businessmen must understand this from here. Practically, nationalism should stop these companies from collaborating with those included on the "black list", but unlike what was done to Huawei, there is no direct ban here, through an act with the force of law.

Foreign enterprises, organizations or individuals that do not comply with market rules, deviate from a contract's spirit or impose blockades or stop supplies to Chinese enterprises for non-commercial purposes, and seriously damage the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese enterprises, will be included on a list of 'unreliable entities.

Huawei. Even so, the intention of the Chinese government is as clear as possible, it wants to attack the enemies of the Chinese company, but the action itself is absolutely not beneficial for its economy. If in the case of the bans imposed on Huawei the impact is small for American companies, in China a "blockade" of this kind will leave many local companies without a lot of money, considering that most American companies manufacture their products in China.

Huawei. It will be interesting to see what will be chosen from this somewhat expected decision of the Chinese government, and how big the impact will be on local companies.
