HARD WARNING from Huawei, There will be NO WAY OF RETURN

Huawei makes a new very harsh warning and says that there will be no way back if things are not returned to the previous situation.

WARNING Huawei Return Path

Huawei launches a new very harsh warning for the American government through an interview that its founder, Ren Zhengfei, gave to a US publication, reiterating some of the problems that still exist. Zhengfei warned the US government that if it does not give up the sanctions it still has against Huawei, it will completely give up cooperation with many of the American companies, without returning to them.

Huawei launches this warning in the week before the granting of licenses for American companies to resume commercial relations with it, but Google is not among them, from which the Chinese greatly need Android. Huawei says that it does not want to give up using Android in its phones, but that because of the US government it has little choice, and this forces it to find an alternative solution, Harmony OS, which it has been working on for several years.

HARD WARNING from Huawei, There will be NO WAY OF RETURN

Huawei is still sure that it can surpass Samsung to become the largest mobile phone manufacturer in the world, but it will take more time than the company imagines, considering the current restrictions. Huawei managed to get even closer to Samsung in phone sales in T3 2019 despite the restrictions and the impossibility of using Google applications in its own products, all thanks to customers in China.

"We will have to resort to alternatives. If these alternatives become mature, I think it will become less likely to go back to previous versions. [This] is a critical time for all of us, I hope the US government can consider what is best for American companies.”

Huawei warns that when Harmony OS will be sufficiently well prepared for its phones, returning to Android will be impossible, and from here Google would have a lot to lose, hundreds of millions of users to be exact. Unfortunately, those from Huawei have no other solutions at the moment than to threaten the USA that the situation will get worse if the problems are not solved, and things are definitely not going in the right direction.

Huawei wants to put pressure on the Americans to approve its collaboration licenses, including those from Google, but it remains to be seen to what extent this will happen and the Americans will return to better thoughts.
