Digi Mobil: TOTAL SURPRISE for Customers with this Announcement

Digi Mobil completely surprised its customers in Romania with a very important announcement that reveals a very important change for everyone.

Digi Mobile updates

Digi Mobil continues the series of surprises this month, the mobile phone operator managing to bring a lot of extremely interesting changes for customers in Romania, and their series continues now. Yesterday, Digi Mobil updated the coverage maps in Romania, for the third time this month, all being listed with new information, so if you were interested in finding out how the coverage is changing in the areas of interest, now you can see what's new.

Digi Mobil updated the map for the coverage of the new 2G network, and apparently, managed to extend the coverage in other areas of our country, which of course comes as good news for everyone. The map for the coverage offered by the 5G network was also updated by Digi Mobil, but we did not notice any new areas included, but it is possible that the coverage in areas where there were already 5G antennas has been improved by the operator.

Digi Mobil states that it has also updated the maps with the 3G coverage it offers in Romania through its own networks, and here the changes are more difficult to notice, except for the situation in which you are looking for a specific area. The same can be said about the maps for 4G coverage, those from Digi Mobil are also updating them, but of course you have to look very carefully at specific areas to see if something has changed or not.

Digi Mobil started the year with big investments in all of its mobile phone infrastructure, or at least that's what it suggests with these constant coverage map updates. The greatest progress has been made for the 2G network, the one that comes to supplement the lack of signal on the 3G and 4G parts, so it is unlikely that Digi Mobil will take over the mobile services division of Telekom since it makes its own infrastructure.

Digi Mobil could update the maps with 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G coverage in Romania by the end of the month, if the pace continues, and it remains to be seen which important changes will become visible.
