The Romanian government decided on Monday to institute a state of emergency in Romania for a period of 30 days, and the decision had to be subject to a vote, which came today, but not everything was done even without some substantial change for the citizens.
The Romanian government is obliged, through the changes made by the Romanian Parliament, to offer protective masks to disadvantaged people who do not have the funds to purchase them themselves from shops and pharmacies, which is a very important measure.
